quest pro chagring issues

i got a quest pro about 5 months back cus i needed something inside out tracking

all been good but the battery life is crap so i got myself a 25k mhw battery bank and that thing kept it toped up while in my pocket.

as of about a week ago weird stuff started happening it no long charges fast enough to keep on. it seem to charge still cus it does the noise and the symble is on but even pluggged to the wall on usb c it charges slow.

WIERDER part is it wont recognize C TO C cables only A to C....so even teh cable going to tis own dock wont charge it...

and if i use a to c on it it seems to SIP power so it takes it but my battery bank will take like 4% off max...

 

i tried hard resetting it. and it worked for like a day. now it just wont. and i can see the charge just going down.

the charge dock seems to be more then ok tho so im just confused

 

if any1 knows a good thing i can do im all ears.
