I just unplug all of the USB device, even I disconnect the front panel USB connector from the mobo. Only CPU and RAM are on mobo. But still the same.😓😓

Then sadly it needs repair. If repair cost is not feasible then go for a new board. H510 boards are pretty cheap and most budget boards can run a i3-10100

Motherboard:Asus prime H-510

Recently I'm into a problem with my PC.

While I'm trying to turn on my PC ,it's says "USB device over current status detected "

And the system shutdown after 15 second.

I've follow some YouTube tutorials and apply them, but didn't work. I tried to open it with unplug of every USB devices, like keyboard, mouse, headphone.but it's remains same.

I thinks is a hardware problem,(I'm not sure)

Is this possible to fix at home,or should I go to a shop to repair the motherboard.

As you said that you disconnected all usb devices from the back of your motherboard, did you also remove the front panel usb 2.0 and 3.0 headers? Sometimes they can get shorted because of age and oxidation.
Also remove everything attached to the motherboard like the drives and also reset CMOS by removing the CR2032 battery cell and reinserting it after a min or two.

If then also it gives the same warning then sadly the motherboard needs repair/replacement.

THIS.
I've had no less than three Asus boards do this in the past and all three had to be replaced (RMA).
BTW one was less than a month old when it happened.
This problem is more common with Asus boards than you'd think.

Yours may or may not still be under warranty but if it is, that's what I'd do.
If not you'll simply have to replace it.

Out of warranty maybe. I replaced it once before.
