Looking to upgrade my GPU

Budget (including currency): at max 3000PLN which is around 700USD

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming (Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, Forza, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 & maybe other newer titles I was unable to play with my RX580)

I want to upgrade my GPU + power supply (if needed - which is likely)

Currently at 1080p 60Hz. Looking to upgrade to 1440p 120+Hz in next year or so

 

Considering

1) RTX4070 (available from around 2500PLN)

2) 7800XT (available from around 2300PLN)

3) 7700XT (available from around 2000PLN)
I am open to different suggestions, of course

I have no idea about power supply. Could you please recommend a reliable unit I can carry over to my next full build in about 3-4 years? Also modular is a plus

Both of this is super similar in performance if youre not involving RTX honestly. 7800XT would make more sense in value if the saving can help you get the 5700X3D any time sooner.
