MSI AB problems

Hello I'm glad to be a new member of the community. Long time listener first time caller. I just got an Acer Nitro i5 12500H rtx 4050 laptop and I can't get MSI AB to overlay the monitor. I tried EVERYTHING and Riva tuner is confirmed installed. I set the hot keys to shift+1 does it have to be one key? Thanks and I tried doing research already. Are there any other overlay software options available for games?

Nvidia has its own overlay software in its app.

I have never had a hotkey to enable MSI Afterburner to display anything, it just displays

Can you take a screenshot of your MSI Afterburner monitoring settings and a screenshot of RivaTuner?

If you have a program open you can press left ALT+PrntScrn key to take a picture of only the program.

I have been using MSI Afterburner for 14 years now!
