Try to find the Arctic freezer 36 or 36 OC

Typically they are quite a bit cheaper than the Pure rock 2

I would suggest an mATX board to save a bit

The ram is also slow as for am5 you want 6000mhz cl30 or cl32

I edit my posts for so if you saw a typo.... no you didn't, you are just crazy

If its 5600 CL28 you should also be good, there wont be much difference than the speeds @Millios stated above if it is CL28

Speaking purely from my experience in the balkans as I live in a country there that is scarce to find

At 5600mhz usually it is cl36 to to cl40 or the occasional scummy cl46 (yes they sell those still)

IF it's cl28 it would be fine but that is also unlikely to be the case because although we (the balkans) are in europe we dont really get that much of the "good stuff" in reasonable prices more often than not

I'd dig around a bit more then to find cheap kits with the speeds me and @TatamiMatt said or if it puts somewhat above in budget getting an mATX board like the b650m HDV/m.2 or the b650m pro rs or the b650 ds3h (if you find any for cheaper although that shouldnt be too hard if hard at all) should put you back on track and you wouldnt lose anything in performance

AH also reason why i went with the Giga B650 Eagle is because of the USBs of which i need alot seeing as my current one (which has 6) is filled.

Depending on your use case you could just get a hub

Say you use some for instraments or anything you dont care about THAT much to have some more latency you could just get a USB hub which is like.... 10-15 euros(?) depending on the model and brand

Okay so the lower latency 5600mhz ram are all for servers CL28, the higher clock ones with CL30/36 are more expensive by 20-50 euro. also not very trusting of usb  hubs after my last one burned up and killed old mic... dont ask no i didnt spill anything on it. nor did i draw too much power on it...

Edit: Gigabyte B650 Eagle is on sale for 169 euro which is why i chose it. And it has 8 USB ports + alot of headers (which i might even use) + a usb c port

The motherboards I suggested have 6 USB slots (except the ds3h)

HDV/M.2 6usb 1 type c

Pro RS 7usb 1 type c

image.jpeg.fa4019cc0e1d5bb3903c5b268a663bbb.jpeg

If that is trully of any concern to you these boards suite your needs

Id really advise you to get these if they are cheaper and get better ram but if you dont want to that wont be a tremendous issue
