Hello, I have a 2017 Inspiron 5566. Whenever I shut it down and unplug the battery and charger (or remove memory), it won't POST. Why is this? Newer laptops and all desktops have no such problem, as you could shut it down and unplug pretty much whatever you want and still boot up just fine when you turn it back on.
