Need Help -- GPU Entirely undetected

Alright, story time.

Was just coding in VS Code, no games running, nothing intense going on when 'No Signal Detected' Comes across all my monitors. Waited a few mins, no change. (Music, etc pc is still running)

Restart, Swap to Integrated graphics and at least have a display now, but still no GPU.

Heres what I've tried -- Anything you can Google. DDU, updated drivers/windows, Unplug/replug power & pcie, safe mode, New Windows install, different SSD entirely with a windows install from when the GPU DID work, everything short of putting in other PC's (dont have access to any). Event viewer shows a bunch of 'DeviceSetupManager' Errors. Don't know if that matters, no other errors.

So I'm figuring its either the PSU or GPU has failed in some fashion. Interestingly, task manager shows 16GB vram, what the gpu has. gpu doesnt appear in device manager, or any nvidia tool.

PSU: Corsair HX1200

GPU: RTX 4080

MB: Z790

Build is 2 years old. I'm lost 😕 I'll try any ideas

2 years old build shouldn't be a problem 😄
