GPU usage

I have an ASUS TUF A15 with an RTX 4060 and a Ryzen 7 7735hs CPU. When I play marvel rivals which is an UNREAL ENGINE 5 game so it is supposed to be GPU AND CPU HEAVY yet my cpu usage is 70-90% and my GPU never crosses 60% even though I see people with similar specs have more usage and more fps and less stuttering.
