i have this problem. i ve just start canvas and have this. wh can i do to fix it?

i have rtx 4060 ti stormx and windows 10 pro

Please elaborate. Did you try to paint anything using the available tools on the left hand side?

yes, I tried it. It is drawn on the canvas on the right side but not on the black screen, nor does it work in any mode
