Their mice are quite good, the keyboards are nice, and I'm not quite sure about their headsets, but I have heard good things about the one Vengeance headset (can't remember what the model was though).

hmmmm.

Mouse: M45 is decent and cheap. M60 is still alright.
Keyboard: K70 is good looking and nice to use, plus comes in heaps of key switches.
Cases: need a big case, 900D, want a good looking case 760T.
Headsets: Corsair headsets are above average. is it just for gaming. then yeah it good enough. however if you are thinking DAC/AMP go with some better cans.

CORSAIR RIPPER: AMD 3970X - 3080TI & 2080TI - 64GB Ram - 2.5TB NVME SSD's - 35" G-Sync 120hz 1440P
MFB (Mining/Folding/Boinc): AMD 1600 - 3080 & 1080Ti - 16GB Ram - 240GB SSD
Dell OPTIPLEX:  Intel i5 6500 - 8GB Ram - 256GB SSD

Forget M65 and M95. Get a M45 instead as it has a flawless sensor unlike the other two. You can probably save some money by getting something from CM Storm (Spawn, Alcor, Recon) or Logitech G400s.

Grab a K70, it's an okay board, if you must have Corsair. Else you could save some money by getting a CM Storm Quickfire board.

Gaming headsets are really not good at all if you are after quality. You could take a look at the Audio subforum to see what people are recommending (CHC SIlverado, Pioneer SE-A1000 are good catches right now on Amazon). If you must have a headset then Sennheiser PC360 or G4ME One would be the best depending on how you end up using your budget. QPAD QH-90 and Kingston HyperX Cloud (re-badged QH-90) seem to be better than the average gaming headset, too. Corsair's only worth while headsets are the wireless ones, really, and only if you want a cheap wireless set.
