PC Freezing

Weird things happen in windows like taskbar and right click not working, taskbar going black and side monitors going black as well. The entire computer freezes and when I try to restart pc I can't go through taskbar to restart then I try ctrl+alt+del but that also does work. So the only way to restart is by holding down the button on case, Already completely reinstalled windows it is all still happening. I updated drivers as well. I think the only next option is to update bios but I have never done it before my mobo is ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II.

What Windows? Did this start of nowhere or after an update of sorts? New PC? Does it occur as Windows starts or after the login screen?

Windows 11. It started maybe a couple of months ago and it is after the login screen.

Sorry for the delay. First of all, do update the BIOS as it fixes vulnerability and performance issues. I assume that Asus has an app that can perform the update automatically. 

 

Next, a clean boot following the provided guide. 

And just in case, download the free Kaspersky anti-virus(and try to enter one of the keys from the DM) and see if it finds anything.
