Uncomfirmed to first, and not really to second. Offsite bag is smaller than what one would expect from messenger bag and bigger than being just sleeve. IIRC it does include over-the-shoulder strap for carrying, but as it only holds small-ish laptop and some accessories, calling it messenger bag would just add to current confusion.

 

I don't know if they have said anything about full-size messenger bag or bigger version for offsite bag to be in pipeline.
