Replace Cooler Fans

Hey guys long time reader, first time poster.

I am building a PC for my daughter, but I am finding it difficult to find Pink PC components. So, I am thinking of investing into ARGB for her PC.

Can I replace the fans on my Noctua with fans that have ARGB?

If not, what other cooler options are there?

Lastly, is it worth doing ARGB if I'm just trying to increase the amount of Pink her PC incorporates?

If you are just going to replace the fans, skip getting the noctua, the value is largely in the fans. I'd go for a more budget end cooler if swapping fans. Thermalright is a good base to start from. They even have some ARGB coolers so no need to swap fans at all.
