Keyboard Being weird

The tab key on my ROG Falchion Ace is being a constant white for some reason when my rgb is a different color, no matter the device. The side touchbar is also glitched to a single color and touch functions are not working. I bought it used, so I cannot rma it. It happened randomly while I was gaming. Please give me suggestions on what to do. Thanks for the advice!

That either could be a hardware or software issue. I am not familiar with the software for this particular keyboard, but for hardware I would recommend opening it up and inspecting it to see if there is obvious damage to LEDs or traces on the damaged keys. If there is damage there, I can help troubleshoot further.

I think It is most likely a software issue as it randomly happened during a gaming session and I do not rage and damage my equipment. I will try updating the firmware.
