Memory Mismatch

I already have a pretty solid System, but since 16gb of Ram isn´t enough Memory anymore for my Tasks on my Pc I decided to upgrade my memory.
I currently have 2x Corsair Vengance RGB Pro (CMWX8GD3200C16W4) and I wanna buy the same sticks but its an other Modelnumber (CMW16GX4M2C3200C16). Is it save to buy this kit or should I just buy an complete 2x Dimm Set? And if so what kit should I buy that has 32gb?

It should work, though at speeds of the lowest spec RAM-s. 2x16GB would be better. Also 3600MT/s DDR4 would be better, usually costs only a tad more than 3200 version.
