Hello, I just installed a Xeon 8259CL into a Tyan S5630GMRE-CGN mobo. Originally tried with 6 sticks of 32gb 2rx4 Sk Hynix. I reseated it a couple times, inspected the pins and the cpu, both looked fine. I tried again with one stick of ram and it did not post either. CPU_ERROR LED : (CAT_LED1) comes on. In the IPMI, no cpu is detected with a sensor error of IERR but it shows core voltages. BIOS rev: V7.215.B80
