Hello! I got myself a new set of RAM sticks as part of a CPU, Motherboard, and RAM bundle from my local Micro Center since I was upgrading a bunch of stuff, and after about a week of using the PC, I've started to notice some issues going on with my PC, specifically the RAM. Sometimes when I try to turn my PC on or restart it, the PC turns on but nothing pops up on the screen and the DRAM light on my motherboard turns on. This doesn't happen consistently, and when the PC does finally boot to Windows and I check Task Manager, I see that my RAM is only reading 4800MHz, despite EXPO being on so it should be reading the full 6000MHz. The RGB on both of the RAM sticks is lighting up too. Does anyone know what could be happening or how I could fix it?

My PC specs are the following in case these may somehow help.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B650-A Gaming Motherboard
Memory/RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 (36-44-44-96, I know it's not the best RAM in the world but hey it was with a bundle)
GPU: A refurbished ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE LINK H100i RGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler
PSU: Corsair RM850
