GPU usage

So my gpu is at a higher than usualy usage i did have euro truck simulator open for like 2 minutes then closed it because of how bad it was running and now all i have running is 2 monitors one is doing nothing the other is showing a twitch stream my gpu doesnt even usually go above 30%tdp when im playing euro truck simulator i downloaded watch dogs half way then deleted it when i found out about the miner i have checked the directory where the gpu minor is suppose to be and there is no folder so i dont think its that what else could it be ive looked at my processes in task manager and nothing is unusual my cpu is running at 18% which is normal i think please help really dont want to do a system restore.

Well this was a verrified torrent and skidrow fake which i dont take notice of there usernames of how they spell them and i thought nothing would of happened if i didnt even download the whole thing but guess i was wrong ive been torrenting for atleast 5 years and this is the first time anything like this has happned just thank full it wasnt to hard to get rid off.
