Okay, so first off I'm not an IT guy and this is all new to me. I am trying to help a church set up Google Suite so they can have their own emails and stop using personal ones. It's a small church that doesn't have a lot of money which is why I'm helping. I set up the account and got all the users put in. When I set it up I purchased a domain through Google because I thought that would make it easier. However, after the free trial ended so did the domain I paid for. So far I have not been able to get any support information other than the automated chatbot which is about as useful as my 1 year old in fixing this issue. I can not find anywhere in the admin console that will allow me to reactivate or make sure the domain is functioning properly. Is there a way I can get support? Also is there a way I can fix the domain without purchasing a new one?

Google domains are now managed by squarespace. You will need to login to squarespace to manage your domain.

Was a successful payment made after the free trial ended? Make sure your DNS record set correctly.

So it's definitely the DNS. I am just not sure what is wrong. I have the Squarespace domain but it must not be setup right.

What do you have for MX records and TXT records
