So, I recently bought an HP Victus 15 laptop with an i7-13700H and an RTX 4060. At first, games ran perfectly at ultra graphics settings with 120 FPS or more, but now I'm barely getting 60 FPS. I don't know if the issue is the drivers I've updated or something else. The GPU usage in games is consistently at 99% and CPU usage is around 40%. I can't figure out the cause of the low FPS.

It sounds to me like the games are using the CPU's integrated graphics instead of the RTX 4060. I could be wrong, but if I'm right, that would explain why you're getting much higher GPU utilization, but significantly lower fps. There's probably an option in a control menu somewhere to switch it back to the 4060 (or you might need to flip the mux switch if your laptop has one of those but I'm not familiar with your particular laptop's design so I dunno for sure).

From the Nvidia control panel I managed to use almost for everything the rtx instead of the integrated graphics, now it's much better. Thank you
