CPU fan problem

Hello guys today i moved everything to other motherboard. And CPU fan keeps changing its speed and i tried watching few tutoritals. Pls help i beg you i cant Listen to it no more. On last MOBO it was way more silent

You should be able to set the fan speed in the BIOS or through a program like FanControl.

 

What motherboard, what CPU cooler?

I cant change it iz wont let me select it
