i got my first pieces of gear from ltt store recently, they took 2 weeks to arrive at the wrong house. i called uni uni but when i did so i was told i gave them the wrong tracking number, i was called a idiot and they hung up on me, a similar thing happened when i accidentally called the US number to follow up instead of the Canadian number. in total my package has been sitting at the wrong house for 6 days, ive been told off by uni uni twice, hung up on twice, and  waited on hold for a accumulation of  2+ hours. i still don't have my stuff and i was told to wait to here back from my ticked i put into uni uni 4 days ago. considering i spent 200$ im very nervous that i wont get my packege and i wish that LTT would use some more reliable delivery services.

has anyone else had these issues?

You need to contact customer service and - I am not trying to be difficult: have you checked that you didn't order it to the wrong address, and that you've 100% provided the right number they asked for accurately?

 

EDIT: I just read the stories of this company. Wow.

Hey buddy, yea I gave them the exact right address down to the letter and it shows that on the proof of delivery.

Reach out to LTT Store customer support. Double check that LTT Store provided you with the correct tracking number, and where you can go from here regarding your missing order. It would also be helpful for them to hear about these issues with their delivery partners.

reached out like 5 days ago to ltt support, I haven't heard back but the bot confirmed that it is the correct number, and that can be confirmed on the uni uni tracking site

Not your problem....you didn't received what you paid. You paid for the items to come to YOUR house, which wasn't fulfilled.

I was gonna but if I cancel it it's gonna effect lttstore and I'd rather contact them first to work it out with them, if I can't reach a ideal conclusion then I will

I assumed contacting the seller was your first step before posting here....

 

I wouldn't even bother with the shipping company (unless it is an easy website to enter the tracking number to see tracking... definitely wouldn't call them). 

 

You never were in a contract with the shipping company. Your contract is with LTT store. Shipping it to your house is their responsibility. Either Linus hand-carries it to your house, or they use a shipping company... either way it is their responsibility to bring it to YOUR house. If the shipping company they chose screws up, they have to fix it or send you a new item. I buy a lot from Amazon. In the very rare case something is goofy, i only deal with Amazon, never with anyone else.
