Sony inzone buds - issues/needed help

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for help but I'm having a lot of problems with my sony inzone buds.

So first thing is that sometimes one bud is dissconnected and after some time the second one is also disconnected and I have to close the reciver to reconnect again and I'm not that far away from my PC it's less than 1m.
Somehow I've only solved this problem by turning my PC sideways so that the reciver can actually see my buds. A bit annoying and after that I was thinking about returning them, but I decided to give them a chance for the next 2 days.

When I started playing Ghost of Tsushima I noticed a lot of sound was missing and I knew what the problem was, spatial sound in windows settings is turned off so I went into settings>sound>inzone buds and I noticed I can't turn on spatial sound, I checked everywhere if there is a solution for it, a lot of people said to turn off mono sound but it is already off. I've checked other output "inzone buds - chat" and I was able to turn it on.

Does anyone know how to fix this and turn on spatial sound? If not, I'll probably return them and try the SteelSeries buds.

Thanks in advance for any tips/solutions!

Ok... I've found a solution to turn on spatial sound, I had to uninstall inzone hub to be able to turn it on in Windows, I've tested in-game and everything is working fine now. Still, it's really annoying that I had to spend over 150€ and 5h to find out how to fix these problems.

But yeah if you ever buy wirelesa gear for windows again get some that has their own reciever or buy wired. Windows is still in 2001 with their bt implementations

inzone buds have their own reciever and I've been always using a headphones with recievers, also I don't wanna use wired headphones anymore cuz too many of them just broke cuz of that and I lost trust in them.
