I have found an offer for an i7 4770k and an Asus maximus VI Hero (C2) for 380 euro (instead of 490 euro) but they are used for about 7 months now and they have never had a problem before. Both of the products have warranty and the i7 has only been overclocked for a while. And my question here is .... should I buy those two products ??

How much longer is left on the warranty?

2 years and 5 months

For that much warranty left it seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Since it has been  overclocked then you might want to then find how much. You never know if it had some sort of crazy overclock. Like if it was at  5.0ghz on air then you might not want to get it.

I run my own indie game company called Color Dragon Studios where we are currently making a 2d platformer game called Small Earth.

I would, that means he gets a chip that does 5GHz which is great on Haswell! He can spend the money he saved on a great cooler.

It was a simple overclock just to see how the CPU was doing (that is what he told me) he actually used it with no overclocking
