Blurry picture

When I am running my pc the screen gets in and out of focus. What can be the problem.

Is it changing resolutions?

No just getting blurry and I am using the onboard hdmi port

What is the exact make and model of display you're using? Additionally, list your computer specifications too.

Might be your eyes .

Check to make sure your PC's display settings (resolution) is native for your display. Make sure connections are tight and secure. You can try running through Windows 'cleartype' utility to help sharpen fonts.

Is the blurriness something you can send us a video of to help us understand better what may be happening?

Does it happen at specific times and/or locations on your screen? 

What kind of display cable are you using between your PC and monitor?

Are there any adapters (VGA > DVI, DVI > HDMI, HDMI > DISPLAY PORT) involved?

No, I’m just using the onboard HDMI port on the computer, I don’t know if it’s the port or or something else
