Minecraft Stuttering problems

I'm having a problem where im having microstutters in Minecraft with 10 -20 fps lost when these stutters are happening.

I have an Intel i7 6700, with a gtx 1070 16 gigs of DDR4 RAM

500 watt psu

I'm currently on Linux Pop Os, I originally switched from Windows 10 64 bit os where the problem was still happening

I have enough performance mods and my specs are good enough where that should not matter, and I have tried lowering my fps it dosent help.

20 FPS lost om 150+ sounds just like a normal framerate variation, how can you even tell that it drops by that little?

No the problem is that is like really stuttering like everytime I move its noticable. The 20 fps lost just happens with it

Also im on 2rd, so the fps should be very stable
