Budget (including currency): $1350

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, random RPG, Roblox etc

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

just need PC

My friend is trying to get a PC and I've been trying to convince him to build it himself or have me build it but he doesn't want to so he wants to get a prebuilt. I was thinking ABS but he wanted NZXT(https://nzxt.com/product/player-two)and he is dead set on it so I need something a lot better because even though I'm not the best with prebuilt IK NZXT does not have the best price to performance. I also don't know if the pcs below are the best for the price but from a quick look they look decent especially because they are on sale.

https://newegg.com/p/N82E16883360528?Item=N82E16883360528&cm_sp=product-new version

The NZXT prebuilt isn't bad with the discounted $1400 price, sure performance will only be on par with the Newegg's $1200 prebuilts, but the NZXT has 3 clear advantages

- Looks way better...

- Good cooling

- Upgradability of AM5

Otoh the Newegg PC has a crappy stock cooler, that'll prevent drop in CPU upgrade, if ever the board can stand any.. and it's anyway limited to dead 13th/14th gen

As your friend don't need that much performance (he plays super light games), the NZXT PC is pretty cool ! 🙂

yea not the first brand id think of when looking for a prebuilt

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jXJqRV

9700x + 7900xt + 32gb 6000c36

yeah as you can see it gets completely wiped especially if you hav access to microcenter but if there isnt one then the 9700x becomes a 7700 and thats about it and heck i even used an nzxt case so the aesthetic will be quite similar too though 7900xt is pretty meh value considering the 7900xtx is 800$ and outperforms the 4080

looking around for other prebuilts though yeah seems like the ones you linked are the only decent options available, the 14400f build wins by a landslide due to not having a garbage ram config thatll nuke cpu performance so id reccomend that over the nzxt

a reference for diy vs buy performance wise
