Windows automatically update GPU driver

Hello, recently i updated my GPU driver from Intel website but everytime i did that, windows keep replacing the new GPU driver with older version of driver. I always clean uninstall the GPU driver using DDU, and i also have tried to prevent windows from automatically download the driver from Advanced system settings, but it didn't work. When i put my laptop to sleep windows silently updating the GPU driver when the laptop is sleeping! Why is windows so stubborn when it comes to updates!
