The most recent modification i made to my PC was a Kingston 1Tb M.2 I added, the slot for this was behind my GPU so I had to take it out to put the M.2 in.

Ever since this the pc was fine, except from today. I am conserned it is a Faulty GPU as i have reseated both it and all the cables on PSU and GPU side. I initially thought it was a ram issue for some reason so i ran MEMTEST and the screen still went down randomly so I know it isnt windows either

Did I understand correctly, after having trouble, you again reseated carefully both the gpu and its power connectors.

And you still have trouble ?

What exactly is happening on the video, I don't get it.

What's your psu ? can you invert the 2 gpu power connectors (humor me)

Yes, I did reseat. And the video was simply just to show the GPU cutting signal when it clearly shouldn't have. And yeah i will swap cables after running DDU this morning (DisplayDriverUninstaller)
