Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games like Rust, Cs2, Fortnite,mount and blade 2 Bannerlord 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want a new pc, probably with Radeon 5700x3D CPU and RX 7700 XT 12 GB GPU (not sure), looking to buy from a site in upcoming days : ITWORK.LT , and i want to have 240+ Hz

Also, the cpu cooler might be too big, but 1 fan in the cpu cooler will be more than enough instead of two if the ram won't fit with the cooler. My friend has amazing temps with this cooler and only 1 fan inside it.
