Dock?

Is there any app to change the taskbar into a dock which you find on Linux such as its persistent on the desktop but it auto hides when browsing so you get full screen when your browsing.

 

I have tried nexus dock, takbarx and taskbarix but neither of them do what im looking for.

 

Any suggestions?

no as i want it to be a dock what is floating, and not connected and whats visible on the desktop by default and hidden when i full screen something.

RoundedTB appears to be what you are describing. Problem its development has been discontinued.

 

Best solution is what @TatamiMatt suggested.
