PC keeps restarting- PSU or GPU Problem

Hi, I am facing some critical problems with my PC. It keeps restarting randomly. I am not certain about the problem which parts causing. Initially thought about the PSU, as the PC abruptly restarted, then I shifted my concern over the mobo as I did BIOS update a few times previously. Also, my parts (Mobo, CPU) are old, around 4 yrs. Then I think about the SSD, but installing Windows to another SSD doesn't solve the problem. In the meantime, I notice some glitches while I am in the BIOS. I don't find any problems during my gaming time. Even during heavy Gaming, my PC never crushes. So, in the suspect list, GPU was at the bottom.

But today, when I replaced the GPU with another one, till now, I didn't face any restart problem for 5 hours.

Now should I try to update the VBIOS of the GPU?
