2080 going crazy

Both monitors go black and GPU fans go to 100% out of nowhere.
Pc didn't crash. Was watching a show and still had sound.
Happened twice when I wasn't using the PC at all and now once when I was in-game
What can be the problem?
Event viewer showed a few errors but I wasn't able to find the one that's related.
Rolled back the drivers to 560.94 (last version I had) with DDU and seems to be fine.
What can cause this?
