Thanks I tried changing the wall outlet. A change of the PSU I didn't do, because it's a new ad everything else 馃檲

But I'll try it thanks 馃槉

Any idea how to check that, without getting a new case?聽

Turn on pc, and disconnect power button connector on motherboard.

Can you also check logs of event viewer, it should show why pc crashed or shut down last time

Hi everybody.

After running smoothly for 6 month as a gaming setup my PC started to shut down randomly, no matter what I'm doing, even if there is nothing open.

My specs:
MB: LiveMixer B650 (BIOS 3.08)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core

PSU: Seasonic SSR-750FX鲁

RAM: Vengeance DDR5 32 GB (in 2 slots)

Memory: Samsung SSD 990 Evo 2TB

OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit Version 22H2

First I checked if I was running into issues during to heat, but that's not the case, see the Screenshot below, which was taken around 10 sec before a shutdown.

I also checked if all cables are ok, if there is enough thermal paste at the CPU (even though I hadn't trouble with overheating).

Sometimes the PC crashes within a few seconds of running and sometimes it runs normally for up to 3 hours, before it crashes.
I also ran antivirus and antimalware software and they didn't find anything as well.

The Memory was checked by the Samsung Mafician and it said, that everything is fine.

I remounted everything, except for othe MB and tested with only 1 of 2 RAM and in the other two slots.

If you need more information or if I posted this at the wrong place, please let me know 馃檪

I'll also include a picture of the running PC.

Greetings and thanks in advance

Could be a faulty PSU

Try a different wall outlet

Disconnect front panel IO, then short (connect) the power pins with a screwdriver or other metal object

Console.WriteLine("Hello World!");

Thanks very much, due to work I was only today able to do a proper test. The PC is running for 6 hours now with no problems 馃檪
Now I only have to think about how I can fix that issue 馃槃
But because I still have warranty I'll ask the case manufacturer first 馃檪
I looked into the event viewer it didn't show any reason as to why the last shutdown happend, as far as I can tell (used it for the first time today)

Thank you all for your help.聽
