Dont buy windows for that price, youll get a lot more out of your budget without it

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 32GB 6000MHz CL32 DDR5

Storage: 2TB SN850X, 1TB SN850 w/ heatsink, 500GB P5 Plus (OS Storage)

Case: 5000D AIRFLOW

Cooler: Thermalright Frost Commander 140

PSU: Corsair RM850e

Case Fans: Fractal Prisma (120 x6, 140 x3) + 2x40mm fans

I assume you mean what but you can

-get a cheap license from like a site that sells for about 10-20 bucks

-if you dont mind the watermark just dont activate it

-use linux but note that not all games and programms work with it all the time

-crack it with a script but be wary where you get it from

There are videos about it and even one from LTT about what you can do alternatively
