I am about to put together a new primary desktop and I have the boot drive bought already (WD Black 4 TB SN850X) and with the timing one of the data drives in my current desktop just died. The current one has two 2 TB NVMe (one boot + one data) and a 2 TB SATA SSD that is the one that died. The original plan was to move the SATA and data NVMe drives to the new computer but now I am thinking of just buying a 4 TB NVMe SSD to replace both the 2 TB NVMe and 2 TB SATA so both SSD's are new. Looking though PC Part Picker I found 3 to choose from. When I searched for them in the SSD Tier List pinned here I was not having any luck finding them there.

KingSpec XG7000 - Cheapest 4 TB PCI 4.0 NVMe SSD

Patriot P400 Lite - A brand that has been around a long time and is only $10 more then the KingSpec.

Western Digital Blue SN5000 - The mid tier version of the WD Black I have as a boot drive but costs $40 more then KingSpec.

Western Digital Black SN850X - I could get another SN850X for only $20 more then the blue though. That would put it $60 more then the KingSpec but the performance would be so much better.

I would pick the SN850X (if it's not too much more $$ than the others).   Best ssd out of that group.   4tb - wow, that's a lot of dough.  😉
