Windows 10 OS Post Install issues

I recently switched out the regular laptop ssd in my zephyrus g14 2021 with a samsung 990 evo 2tb, and installed windows 10 from a usb drive just fine. I install all drivers from here: https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-g14-series/helpdesk_download/

 

After that i begin installing steam, armoury crate, discord, spotify etc. Every installer once clicked just loads forever and never installs any apps. Task manager randomly takes minutes to load, file manager lags forever. Everything randomly gets extremely slow. Sometimes Opera launches instantly, other times it doesnt respond to left click. Randomly everything doesnt respond to clicks, the mouse moves around fine but suddenly no application responds to anything , no keys on the keyboard work either yet i can move the mouse around fine. Control alt delete has no response. Basically unresponsive until another hard restart from holding the power button, boots fine. Everything is recognised with bios. Reset pc in windows just loads forever with no response. Its genuinely a nightmare.
