what is this error code?

First I thought this could be 1 long beep and 3 short beeps, indicating an issue with the graphic card, but now I am not sure the First beeps is a longo onde.

 

I also thought the First beeps was not parte of the error, making the error 3 short beeps (memory issue?). I try adjust the memory, try using only 1 slot (with both positions) and different Memories, and the some error happened.

 

Maybe the error could be 4 short beeps? This indicate a timer issue accordind to my search, but I do not know How to troubleshoot this. And do not understand this pause between the First and Second beeps.

 

My system has this component:

CPU: core i3-6100

Ram: 2x hyperx 8gb

Motherboard: knup revenger h110

GPU: geforce GTX 1650

Yes it is a 1 long and 3 short code. Most likely Video card error as memory error is 3 short beeps.

Is there any solution to fix that? I have tried 2 gpu's on this Motherboard ( GTX 1650 and RX 550) with the some result. Also tried with no extern GPU ( internal graphics), with the some error.
