Lag After loading UEFI defaults

Hi everyone, I’m dealing with major lag issues after resetting my BIOS to optimized defaults.

Specs: • CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F • Motherboard: H610M ITX AC (bought used with CPU) • RAM: G.Skill 3000MHz 16-18-18-36 • GPU: RTX 4070 • OS: Windows 10 (on 11 with a freash install, same issue)

The Issue: After the reset, my PC stutters during simple actions like opening Task Manager, UAC prompts, or even moving the mouse quickly. Games that ran fine before are now extremely laggy.

Any ideas?
