I attached below what I currently already have / what I plan to buy after Xmas. I have a few things left that I need to still put on my list to buy, but im stumped on what to get.

1. Thermal Paste, The AIO says its comes with thermal paste already applied. Should I just use it or get something else?

2. Fan Controller, So im using the 3 RGB that comes with the case on the back wall, I purchase 3 120mm more (2 to go on the top of the PSU cage, and 1 to go on the back of the case), and also 1 140MM to go on the bottom of the case. All the fans are all the same brand and RGB as the three that comes on the case. Will I need a fan controller to handle all these, or will my MOBO be able to hand it all or some type of daisy chain.

FYI: Graphics Card - I have a laptop that Im able to play games on, So ill be waiting to the new year approx March to see if the new 5000 series is out, and ill purchase them at that time.

Not really, there would be no point selling coolers with not good thermal paste, the product's avg perceived performance through reviews would tremendously decrease, paste shipped with new cooler is fine.

Do you already own some kind of daisy chain to be able to connect these?

Case can have controller, which means all connectors are for fan +1 that exits into motherboard, some fan cables or fans can come daisy chainable.

As for the MB, there are headers, it doesn't really matter how many MB connections you use they all will output same signal. (unless you enable something that can change for each port)

So it all comes down to counting fan wires and headers, where anything that merges or controls the fans will decrease the count before it reaches Motherboard's header(s).

You don't need to buy the windows retail, look at the new Linus video. Everything else looks fine!

you guys seem to be bothered to point out the problems so i will-

DO NOT GET DIMMs(ram type) FOR YOUR CPU. getting a cudimm instead of a dimm has a significant performance difference so i would recommend selling your current ram kit online and getting a new cudimm kit. source

and why don't you have a gpu? not really a problem just curious, almost anything that can leverage a entire 265k also wants a gpu for compute. i also agree with others on not getting windows retail.

As I mentioned in the FYI section of my post. Most new articles are suggesting the 5000 series nvidea cards will be released in March of 2025. The actual build of assembling of the PC will not occur till Jan. I have a “gaming laptop” that can handle all the games I wanna play in the mean time. I’ll happily watch from Jan til Mar and get the new 5000 series vs the current 4000 series.

forgot about that for a second lol, but in that case make sure you don't accidently eat all your pcie lanes, you have 0 to spare as of now (4+2+2 for SSDs and 16 for GPU)

Oh okay I had no idea, thank you for bring that up!! So if I use just the two 990 pro plus and the 16 for gpu how many will I have remaining? 2? And what does that mean for anything other than SSD or graphics will that effect any other type of hardware ?

Make your 3rd SSD a 2.5" SATA. That way all your PCIe lanes (bandwidth) aren't ate up.
