this could indicate a defective CPU?

I have this core i3-9100f which was working normally with a Asus prime z370-a Motherboard. But right now, when I try this CPU with this 2 boards:

1) Asus prime z370-a

2) knup revenger h110

With both boards, I got an error that In my search seems to be related to a video card issue(1 long beep+3/4 short beeps). I have try a GTX 1650 and a RX 550 in my builds.

This could be a CPU issue or something Else? Is there any workaround to make the system work?

100 and 200 series boards only support 6th and 7th gen chips.

 

Might be something else have you tried a different gpu in the z370? Cmos reset?

I do not have another CPU to try with the z370 board right now. I try cmos reset in this board.
