It just seems like its not in stock to me but it seems like it is sold by PNY themselves going by the seller

it seems to be your looking at it from a different region i'm going on amazon australia

it does say this though

image.png.c97fbc1eaab058d1786354a6b4d13bfe.pngAlso in some of the reviews they sent a picture of it and it looks a bit small for a 4070 super. But if i get scammed do you think i could get a refund?

Haha, youre correct, it didnt update like it usually does.

That model is one of PNY's legit models, it is a little on the smaller end, and the seller seems like they sell some tech/techy stuff so not too shady. And Im pretty sure you could get a refund through amazon if you dont get the product youre looking for

Looking at the compatibility you obvious need to change the power supply but you should probably upgrade it to a better power supply something good with gold 80+ and 750w should work fine.

here's an updated build

No if you look at the combability warning it seems that the psu you selected doesn't have the right power connectors for the new gpu which would you know make the 4070 unable to be used and also you really shouldn't cheap out on the power supply since it would damage the whole system if it were to fail. If budget is an issue than I highly reccomend looking at AMD gpus since they're slightly or alot cheaper while providing more performance. Otherwise you need to find a different PSU which have the correct connectors for the 4070.

650W should be enough to the 4070S too, Nvidias 40 series cards are very power efficient
