Please help me PC Automatic Restart Issue Under Load

 

**Problem Description:**  

My PC restarts automatically without warning, primarily during higher-load tasks such as:  

- Running games  

- Rendering files in Blender  

- Performing power tests in OCCT  

 

Sometimes, the restarts also occur during lighter load tasks, but this is less frequent. The issue occurs more frequently in the evening compared to the morning, where the PC can sometimes handle similar tasks without restarting.

**Voltage Readings (Observed Using OCCT During Test):**  

1. **+3.3V Rail:**  

   - Min: 2.869V  

   - Average: 2.946V  

   - Max: 3.206V  

 

2. **+5V Rail:**  

   - Min: 4.110V  

   - Average: 4.383V  

   - Max: 4.740V  

 

3. **+12V Rail:**  

   - Min: 11.593V  

   - Average: 11.664V  

   - Max: 12.168V

**Additional Observations:**  

- Restarts occur immediately during OCCT power tests, especially in the evening.  

- The PC uses an AMD Ryzen 5600G without a dedicated GPU.

What motherboard, cooler, and power supply are you using? Also what are your temperatures like under load?
