Constant/repeating HID notifications

Bit stumped, looking for advice.

Keep getting these constant warnings/notifications, stops my mouse working as it happens to. Every minute, pretty well.

 

"A new external device was recognized by the system." - HID-compliant vendor-defined device/Mouse/Keyboard etc.

 

So far tried uninstalling all my HID devices in device manager and restarting, to no avail.

 

Asus laptop, logitech mouse.
