So I am going to be adding a couple of 140mm case fans to my H440 to improve airflow. I'm trying to decide which fans to get and any suggestions would be grateful. I'm currently trying to decide between the Noctua NF-A14 and the Corsair AF-140's. The corsair ones are cheaper and will match my color scheme better, but the Noctua's are quieter. Which one do you guys think are better?

Noctua NF-A14 FLX or the ULN variant. Both great fans, not the prettiest, but I love them. Silent and powerful!
I have the FLX and it come with two adapters for 7 and 5V, so you can even make it quieter, but still maintain a great deal of performance.
Also, I really like the Noctua color scheme, kinda says: "I opt for performance, not looks!"  :D

I have one AF-140, not built in anymore. Switched to the Noctua named above.

Also, would you suggest 2x140mm fans in the top for exhaust or 3x120mm?

3 120s is more than 2 140s=3x120=360 but 2x140=280

My Setup :P

Noctua fans are the way to go, high static pressure, and relatively low noise... If you don't like the price of Noctua fans, look around on the web for some fans with high static pressure.

Ok thanks. Looks like I'm gonna go with the Noctua fans.

Have a look at noiseblocker aswell, them and gentle typhoons are direct competitors.
