My Pc has been making some odd pulsating "wave" noises, I wouldn't bother but it pierces thru the case and there is no way of avoiding the noise.

I have a thermalright assassin 120 SE cpu cooler and im suspecting it has something to do with that.

Tried to clean it out a bit incase maybe a wire got stuck in the fan etc but nothing helps. And its driving me insane.

And now all of a sudden my GPU has started coil whining (never did before), my build is a few months old so idk what to do anymore.

Because you suspect the noise to come from the cpu cooler try unplugging the fans from the motherboard to determine it they're the culprit or not.

Also can you post full system specs?

This "beating" noise comes from two different sources. Their frequency is really close and the waves you are hearing are the difference in frequency. It may be two fans, two hard drives or two unrelated devices.

I agree that you can try unplugging some fans and listen if the beating is gone. Your components won't fry if you unplug a fan for a bit. Once you find the culprit, you can adjust most fans speed in the BIOS or with an utility like MSI afterburner.

Good luck !
