Have you tried resetting the BIOS? (Unplug your PC from the wall, remove the coin cell battery from the mobo, wait 10-20 seconds and reinstall the battery)

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.

I'm kind of confused by what you first said but to clarify you were playing a roblox game it crashed and froze and now your PC wont last longer then 5 seconds without  bsoding.  there's a big list of things it could be, If you can figure out what the error code is exactly then it'll be a lot more clear what's wrong. The things I can think of the top of my head would be your CPU overheating, broken ram (try only using one stick on the furthest left slot ) or your CPUs integrated graphics messing with your GPU. I have no clue what your PC specs are so please forgive me if i'm completely wrong.

If a bsod that requires repair instead of just a simple rebooting, i presume windows boot files damaged. You would need to create a recovery usb.

Yes at this point i know my windows corrupted. But when i turned on my pc its keep turning on and off and no post to monitor somehow my motherboard bios boot turn into old one before i updated it.

Probably my ssd broke ?

I wouldn't say that, windows is notorious for such accidents. Perhaps a small part of your SSd broke, or some software accidentally deleted something?

But I suggest you to reinstall Windows or use a Windows PE to salvage some data first.
