I have no wifi and ethernet, tried factory reset, it didnt work, but now its randomly working

Then you should definitely contact your ISP's support, assuming this is the router they provided.

You need to contact your ISP. Im not sure what's wrong but Im wondering if they dont have your gateway registered correctly or if it might be a provisioning issue of some kind. But at the end of the day they are the only ones who can help.
