LTT support issue/customs delay issue

so 6 days ago i put in a ticket for a customs delay issue (which now has been in delay for 1 month now) and I haven't gotten any form of reply for 6 days now
I know there is a few days delay but 6 days?
I'm trying to get the issue before black Friday as I know the team will be overwhelmed by then
