around 4 days ago my pc specs(ryzen 75800x rtx 3050 and 16gb ram) made a load audible electrical pop sound with the fans halting to a stop. originally i thought maybe there was a power surge and that my fan hub was broken so after ordering a replacement i went and plugged in all my fans and to surprise all of them came on and were working however when i went to plug in the aio cable for the fan hub all fans then halted to a stop with me then trying my old fan hub unplugging the aio cable to my h100i  with all fans suddenly working with me realising there may be a problem with my aio i tried booting it up so i could go into the bios and the icue software where the aio isnt recognised and my pc shut down due to overheating protections eg 110c on homepage, also forgot to mention that my aio head is eerily quiet and i cannot hear the usual humming noise . any thoughts on what i can do other than contacting corsair as i have been waiting three days on a response from corsair.

thanks oliver

It would be better to contact Corsair directly; I recommend not taking any action without knowing the details. The provider will have a better understanding of what the issue might be.
